The Rules
1. First and foremost, respect one another. You don't have to like everyone, but you should always be polite. Please refrain from making comments that could be hurtful to others, and never use derogatory terms to refer to people or things. There is a zero-tolerance policy for putting others down and using words inappropriately, so think before you speak.
2. As per Proboards Terms of Service, nothing on this site can exceed the PG-13 rating. There's a low-tolerance policy for this too; we don't want to get taken offline because someone posted porn or links to explicit content.
3. The site operates on an account-per-character system, meaning you will have one account for every character you play (so if you have three characters, you have three accounts). Your account's display name should be the name of your character. There' a field in the personal section of your profile to put your OOC name in.
4. You can create five characters for "free", and after the fifth, you have to purchase character slots from the shop (using currency you've earned on the site, of course).
5. There's no word count when it comes to role playing, but please try to match your partner(s) to the best of your ability.
6. Use proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation when posting. Don't godmod or powerplay, and try to follow some semblance of a posting order when you're in a thread with more than one person.
7. Your character has to be a girl in some way. Whether that means they're biologically female or they identify as female doesn't matter. All we ask is that you accurately portray the character and related conflicts without belittling the problems that real people have had to face in real life.
8. Save the drama for your llama. If you've had a bad day and are likely to lash out at people, or are bound to bring others down, then just take some time off to cool down. If you really need someone to talk to, and there's no one in real-life who's there for you, then contact a person or small group privately through the site.
